Janet Velasco, MD, has been an integral part of Legacy of Healing for many years and currently serves as the organization’s Director of Clinical Operations.
Dr. Velasco received her medical degree from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California.
Janet completed her residency in pediatrics and internal medicine through Wright State University’s Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio.
Janet is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and practices medicine at Miami Valley Hospital and Dayton Children’s Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
Janet is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
